Patrick Hale joined The Retirement Plan Company (TRPC) in 2001, managing client services and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of TRPC in October 2017. Currently, Patrick is the Managing Partner of USRBP’s Private Sector Retirement Solutions.
With over 20 years’ experience within the retirement plan industry, prior to joining TRPC, Patrick held leadership positions with several third-party administration and investment advisory firms. Patrick is licensed to practice law within the state of Arkansas and attained the designation of Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University and earned a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas.
