Jason Wang joined U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners in December 2021 as the Director of Corporate Development where his responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities, developing M&A priorities and strategies, and supporting the execution of integration plans for acquired businesses.
Prior to joining USRBP, Jason was the Director of Corporate Development for United Urology Group, a management service organization (MSO) with physician presence across the U.S. At UUG, Jason was responsible for valuation, deal negotiation, pre-closing integration, and maintaining the acquisition pipeline. Before United Urology Group, Jason worked as an Investment Banking Associate in Jefferies’ M&A group. At Jefferies, Jason worked on numerous transactions spanning across the consumer, industrials, fintech, and tech-enabled services verticals.
Jason received a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in financial mathematics and biochemistry from the University of Virginia. He also received his MBA from the Darden School of Business.
