Chuck Linderman joined U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) in September 2019 in a strategic consulting capacity. In this role he supports various USRBP initiatives including K-12 Retirement Services with Kades-Margolis, as well as other USRBP Partner Firms. He will also contribute to Group Benefits with various Partners, Third Party Administration with OMNI, and Special Pay and FICA Alternative Plans with BENCOR.
Linderman retired from the Great Valley School District in Malvern, PA after 38 years of service, the past 34 of which he served as director of business affairs and secretary to the school board. He was president of the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials during the 1998-99 school year and served on the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) International Board of Directors from 2007 through 2012. He served as ASBO president in 2011.
He received the Gary Reeser Award as Outstanding School Business Official through the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials in 2005, along with the Association of School Business Officials International Eagle Award for outstanding service.
Chuck obtained a BS in business from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Widener University. He has served on the board of directors for the Great Valley Senior Center since 2001 and is the current treasurer of the Foundation at Great Valley, a position he has held since 2008.
