Alan Ingley

Alan Ingley joined U.S. Enrollment Services Benefits Administration Center of Excellence (BACOE), a division of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP), in October 2023 as Managing Partner. His responsibilities include co-developing an integrated go-to-market strategy with the BACOE, Call Center and Enrollment Teams nationally that drives new business growth externally while improving BenAdmin utilization with internal Partner Firms.

Prior to joining USRBP, Alan held numerous leadership roles in the insurance industry, with a focus on worksite benefits enrollment and technology solutions. Most recently, he was the vice president of Sales Engineering and Client Success at Wellfleet Workplace Benefits, and before that was with MassMutual and Aflac. Before entering the insurance industry, Alan spent 18 years in various leadership roles at IKON Office Solutions, one of the largest office automation companies in the U.S.

Alan has had many professional accomplishments throughout his extensive career, but he considers the most rewarding to be the people he has helped mentor and grow in their own professional pursuits, as well as supporting internal and external clients.

Alan received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Georgia. He and his wife Dawn reside in the Atlanta area, where they enjoy college football, major league baseball, hiking, and spending time with family.
