Beth Zeitler joined U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) in 2020 as Director of Human Resources and assumed the role of National Vice President, Human Resources in 2022. Also in 2022, Beth was selected for the yearlong Kohlberg Top Talent Program for leaders within the portfolio.
In her role at USRBP, Beth is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, performance management, compensation, HR compliance, diversity and inclusion, and acquisition integration.
Throughout her career, Beth has held leadership positions with organizations including Reciprocal Management Corporation, CURE Auto Insurance, NJ PURE Medical Malpractice Insurance and iXP Corporation. In these positions, Beth was recognized as a strategic and innovative HR Executive who translated business vision into HR initiatives that improved performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She is a proven leader who supports companies and top executives with a disciplined and flexible problem-solving approach that balances business goals with employee needs.
Beth obtained her bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), as well as a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner and holds a Compensation Analyst Credential (CAC). Beth and her husband live in New Jersey and have two boys.
