Iselin, NJ, November 15, 2023 – U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that Patrick Bello has been promoted to managing partner and president of its member firm, Kades-Margolis, a leading regional financial services and retirement planning organization primarily serving the education community in Pennsylvania.  

Ed Margolis, Kades-Margolis cofounder, and former president will transition to the role of executive chairman to provide ongoing counsel to Bello and the business and step away from the oversight of the daily operation.

Bello will assume responsibility for Kades-Margolis, including the investment management subsidiary Kades-Margolis Capital, which will continue to be led by Jackie Rudolph, president of Kades-Margolis Capital, who will report to Bello.

Bello joined Kades-Margolis with more than three decades of impressive leadership experience within the financial services industry, working for CitiStreet, Voya, Mutual of Omaha, and Bank of America. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bethany College.
