Iselin, NJ, August 11, 2022—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that Michael Gurowski, Managing Partner of U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group’s (USEBSG) Rochester, NY, office (formerly Titan Insurance and Employee Benefits Agency, LLC), a division of USRBP, is retiring.

Mike is a recognized leader in providing core employee benefits services and solutions, including health and benefits plan consulting, Sec. 125 defined employee benefit plans, health & wellness programs, ACA compliance services and more.

“We thank Mike for his many contributions to the organization. He built a tremendous business and has contributed greatly to USRBP,” said Megan Schneider, USRBP President.

In a planned succession strategy, Eric Gilbert, the long-standing Managing Director at USEBSG-NY, who has worked closely with Mike over many years, will lead the business going forward as Managing Partner. Eric has played a leadership role within the organization for several years, supporting Mike in the management and growth of the business.  Patrick Simonds, Chief Revenue Officer for USRBP, commented, “We are excited for Eric to lead the next phase of the business while continuing the primary mission of serving our clients in New York State.”
