Iselin, NJ, July 1, 2022—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that Keith Noel, Managing Partner of U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group’s Rockwall, TX office, is retiring effective July 1, 2022.

Keith has been an essential fixture in the business since he joined USRBP in 2011. He was responsible for leading the Rockwall team’s client management, sales, and overall financial results. His presence in the Texas market as a Core Benefits TPA and consultant has been a cornerstone to USRBP’s overall strategy and growth within the State. USRBP Chief Executive Officer, Mark Skinner, said, “Keith has been a terrific Partner and helped us gain great insight to the Texas ISD market. We have benefited greatly by having him as part of the team. I will personally miss having the professional dialogue but look forward to continuing our personal relationship. Thank you, Keith.”

Rick Niles, who has served as Managing Director in the Rockwall office for the last year, will assume Keith’s role to lead U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group’s Rockwall, TX office and further the efforts that Keith has made in serving clients, particularly K-12 public schools.
