Iselin, NJ, March 31, 2021—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners announced today that Megan Schneider has been promoted to President. Based in their National Office in Iselin, New Jersey, she will continue to report to Mark M. Skinner, USRBP Chief Executive Officer.

Megan joined USRBP in October 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and has led the implementation of numerous business initiatives that have contributed to the growth of the company. She has managed a series of inter-related projects that will have a deep and lasting impact on the organization. Prior to joining USRBP, Megan had an impressive 16-year career at Willis Towers Watson where she achieved the role of North American Brokerage & Advisory Business Operations Leader.

As President, Megan will assume a greater role in the day-to-day management of USRBP and will broaden the scope of her oversight to include the company’s specialized and technology business segments along with the benefits and retirement sectors.
