Iselin, NJ, November 3, 2020—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today the acquisition of ETA Insurance Group (ETA), which joins USRBP’s U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG) division.

Based in Pennsylvania, ETA is an independent, full-service insurance agency and employee benefits consulting firm founded in 1999 by Joseph A. Pilla, the company’s president. They specialize in group benefit plans, working closely with employers to customize plans that best fit the overall well-being of the company and its employees. ETA also offers a full line of individual insurance products and services.
