U.S. Retirement Partners Acquires Retirement Recordkeeping and Third Party Administrator Company
Iselin, NJ, April 6, 2016—U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP) announced today that it has acquired The Retirement Plan Company (TRPC), which will be part of USRP’s national network of independent benefits and retirement planning specialists serving the education, governmental and corporate markets.
With locations in Brentwood, TN; Greenville, SC; Dayton, OH; and Portland, OR, TRPC provides services to over 5,000 retirement plans with $3.5b in assets. They are experts in ERISA and offer a comprehensive menu of services for Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans. These include a recordkeeping solution using the industry leading SunGard/Relius system as well as proprietary technology. TRPC also provides IRA Rollover services.
