Iselin, NJ, December 31, 2010—U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP) announced today that it has acquired National Educational Services, LLC (NES), a firm that will be part of USRP’s national network of 403(b) providers serving the K-12 education market.

NES, with headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, was founded 25 years ago by Paul Bain. Since its inception, the company has built a robust infrastructure and has gained significant penetration in over 4,000 Employer groups located in more than 15 States. Furthermore, through these relationships, NES manages more than $500M of client assets. NES has distinguished itself by dedicating itself to top-notch customer service and offering only the most “client friendly” products offered by highly rated companies. NES’ Third Party Administration (TPA) services include; Same-day premium processing, non-interest bearing depository account (independently audited) and a complete Employee education program.
