Twenty-one years ago Joseph Avallone founded Retirement Planning Associates, Inc. (RPA), a small agency consisting of four Advisors based in Orlando, Florida. Today, his goal of building a statewide organization has been realized. With well over 100 Advisors located in offices throughout Florida, RPA has established itself as a leader in retirement planning for the education community.
Mr. Avallone has worked closely with Florida County School Boards to ensure that all of their employees are educated on how they can retire with confidence. He and his firm have been honored to sponsor and speak at various School Board retirement meetings, as well as at orientation functions welcoming new educators.
In recent years, Mr. Avallone has partnered with other leaders in the retirement planning industry; BENCOR and U.S. Retirement Partners. These relationships have enhanced RPA’s ability to deliver the personalized service that has been the cornerstone of their professional reputation.
Mr. Avallone has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and has obtained his Series 6, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations. Additionally, he holds life, health, long-term care and variable annuity licenses and is a Registered Representative of PlanMember Securities. Mr. Avallone brings his passion for success to his personal life as well. As an ex-collegiate and professional soccer player, he has been the Head Coach for the Central Florida Kraze soccer team for many seasons. Under his leadership, the team won the national championship in 2004 and competed in the playoffs from 2005-2008.
