Iselin, NJ, January 3, 2023 —U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that Cesar Castaneda has been named as the new managing partner of their U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG) division’s team in Rockwall, Texas.

Cesar has extensive experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry, including consulting, sales, and management. He most recently served as the Regional Voluntary Benefits Practice Leader at Marsh McLennan Agency in Dallas overseeing the TX and LA marketplace. In his new role at USEBSG, he will lead the strategic direction of the business, manage the client service and sales teams, and execute plans to promote ongoing growth.
