Iselin, NJ, March 7, 2022— U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that Michael Franks has retired effective March 7, 2022. Mike was Managing Partner of the U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG) office in Dublin, OH, a division of USRBP, and formerly Integrated Employee Benefit Solutions (IEBS).

Mike’s career has spanned many markets, geographies, and segments where he has been a recognized leader in providing innovative solutions to association plan member companies and their broker partners, including Sec. 125 defined employee benefit plans, core and worksite enrollment platforms, health and wellness programs, dependent eligibility verifications, ACA reform and ERISA compliance suites.

The former IEBS business unit is being integrated into USRBP’s U.S. Employee Benefits Broker & Consultant Services division, led by Managing Partner Ross Krasnow. Upon retirement, Mike is transitioning to an independent consultant role with Ross’ team.
