Iselin, NJ, November 11, 2021—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that its co-founder and CEO, Mark Skinner, was a panelist at the William Blair 10th Annual Benefit Technology Conference on November 11, 2021.

Mark Skinner, said, “The William Blair conference was a tremendous forum to engage with Benefits technology leaders in a range of topics within the field.”

The conference covered many related topics, including the Medicare market, Data & Analytics in Benefits, BenTech software, and the panel that Skinner spoke on, “Evolving Nature of Group Benefits.”

His comments focused on four main factors in today’s market: 1. The need for enhanced employee communication, engagement, and decision support tools; 2. That COVID has pushed the market to look at multiple modes of enrollment, from on-site to leave-behind to call center and a potential combination of all three; 3. That no one BenAdmin platform is the best for every situation; and 4. Data aggregation is the key to providing employers with one-stop-shopping to support utilization of products from different providers.
