Iselin, NJ, September 1, 2021—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today the expansion of its Texas Educators’ Health Plan (TEHP), a highly customizable health plan developed specifically for school districts in Texas and delivered through U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG), a division of USRBP.

With only one health plan available to them at the time, Texas School Business Officials voiced their desire for more health care options to better meet the needs of their employees.  The Texas Educators’ Health Plan was launched in 2020 to fulfill those coverage gaps and provide a health care solution. Since that time, 35 Texas school districts have implemented the TEHP, which now serves over 4,000 participants.  Given the success of the plan, USEBSG negotiated and received locked-in rates through December 1, 2021.

Marpai, Inc., a deep learning technology company is the plan’s TPA. TopCare, its AI-powered premium service program predicts future health states to prevent illness. It matches health plan members with top providers and delivers reminders that keep employees on track with their best health journey. Health plan members have access to the Aetna Provider network, one of the best healthcare provider networks in the country.

“We are so excited the school districts serving these communities and thousands of families, are going to have the best healthcare available,” said Rick Niles, USEBSG Managing Director.
