Iselin, NJ, August 23, 2021—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that almost $15,000 in donations for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia was raised through the Benefits That Benefit Children program. Donations were made by employees of three Pennsylvania school districts: Upper Dublin School District, Springfield School District and Pottstown School District.

Benefits That Benefit Children (BTBC) is a unique cause marketing program created by National Benefit Partners (NBP), a USRBP Partner firm, that provides donations to select children’s hospitals when employers choose to offer certain best-in-class voluntary benefits to their employees. Zachary Harris, a U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG) Managing Partner based in Wayne, PA, worked with each school district to incorporate the BTBC campaign in their benefits program. Participating employers and employees become “Children’s Champions” and a $10 donation is created for every employee who meets with an enrollment counselor, even if no purchase is made.

“Our Pennsylvania USEBSG team is committed to increasing our charitable efforts with our employer clients and community alike. Through our national partnerships, we are proud to leverage our resources to create an opportunity for our clients to be part of such a rewarding program that benefits sick children and their families in the Philadelphia area. We are very grateful to be part of such a powerful initiative,” said Zachary Harris.

Doug Kreszl, Managing Partner of NBP, said, “Benefits that Benefit Children is a great way for all of us to give back to the communities we live and work in. Not only are we educating employees on valuable products that may be a great fit for their family needs, but we are donating money to children’s hospitals that take care of the children and their families in our community.”
