The BEACON is a total education, administration and communication platform for employee benefits enrollment and management. Through its intuitive design and robust functionality, the cloud-based system is fully customizable. With a focus on educational tools, The BEACON ensures employees understand the full value of their employer-provided benefits.

The website at was designed to provide an overview of the many features of the platform, such as multiple modes of enrollment, as well as year-round, targeted messaging, and extensive reporting capabilities. Additionally, the full suite of the Financial Wellness program and its main resources are available from the website. USRBP will continue to enhance The BEACON website to further expand on the solutions available to employers, employees, and brokers.
