Iselin, NJ, June 30, 2021—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that Gene Tyler, Managing Partner of U.S. Employee Benefits Broker & Consultant Services, a division of USRBP, is retiring effective July 1, 2021.

Gene’s career has spanned many markets, geographies, and segments where he has been a recognized leader with innovative solutions, including the early delivery of technology into the marketplace. During his tenure at USRBP, Gene has served on the Texas State Leadership Team, the Executive Operating Group, and the Partners Advisory Group. USRBP Chief Executive Officer, Mark Skinner, said, “In addition to being a market visionary and a great Partner, Gene has become a close friend and his contributions will be missed.”

Megan Schneider, President of USRBP, stated, “We thank Gene for his many contributions to the organization. His impressive career and transformative business have been foundational to USRBP. We wish Gene all the best in his next chapter.”

Ross Krasnow, USRBP’s National Benefits Practice Leader, will assume Gene’s role to lead U.S. Employee Benefits Broker & Consultant Services and further the efforts that Gene has made in developing both broker and carrier relationships. Ross will continue to lead USRBP’s Benefits division as we finalize our longer-term plans for the Benefits sector.
