Iselin, NJ, January 2, 2020—U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG), a division of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP), announced today that Kerrigan R. Kahl has been named as the new Managing Partner of its member firm, Chimienti & Associates, in Visalia, CA.  Kerrigan joined the firm in September 2019 as the Managing Director.  Chimienti & Associates specializes in voluntary employee benefits, providing product and service solutions nationally to benefits brokers, consultants, employers, and government agencies.

Mr. Kahl replaced Toney Chimienti, who retired as President and CEO on December 31, 2019.  Chimienti established the firm in 1980 along with his wife, Cathy, and built it into a thriving business, which joined the USRBP network in September 2017.  Toney was inducted into the Worksite Hall of Fame in 2014.

“Toney will be missed; his contributions to worksite management over the past 30+ years has touched local and nationwide brokers and partners.  His creativity and knowledge of valued enhanced benefits was ahead of his time,” said Kerrigan. “I am very excited about the opportunity to make my contribution to the foundation Toney has built.  With my industry expertise, combined with that of the Chimienti team, we can only move upward in 2020. I envision our future as a hybrid agency, growing through our unique broker and client relationships.”
