NavigateHCR is a full-service compliance consulting and technology company, supporting employers and brokers with the many intricacies of employee benefits laws. With offices in California, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida, the firm serves a diverse range of employers from across the nation. NavigateHCR specializes in compliance communications, employee data tracking, exposure analytics, and concierge services, with expertise in the realm of ACA legislation.

Dr. Kristin Kahle, certified Healthcare Reform Specialist, founded NavigateHCR in 2012 and leads the firm as CEO. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dr. Kahle was recognized as the 2014 and 2015 “Most Influential Woman in Benefits” and was awarded “Business Woman of the Year” in 2017.  She was the first Doctoral candidate to write a dissertation on ACA Healthcare Reform.
