Iselin, NJ, August 1, 2018—U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG), a division of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP), announced today the induction of Managing Partner Gene R. Tyler into the International Worksite Marketing Hall of Fame, which recognizes industry leaders whose contributions have promoted and advanced the voluntary employee benefits industry.  Gene was honored for his induction at Workplace Benefits Mania on July 31.

Gene began his career in the voluntary insurance business in 1985 at American Fidelity Assurance.  After numerous professional accomplishments, he moved on and founded United Specialty Benefits (USB) in 1995 and formed USB Enrollment in 1999, now known as InRoll.  Specializing in the educator market, USB has built a robust infrastructure, and further distinguished itself by developing a proprietary online benefits enrollment system.  They have become a nationally recognized Benefits Administrator in the K-12 market and helped develop many of the products and services used today for this unique marketplace.

Gene Tyler, who also serves as President of USB said, “I am truly humbled to receive such an honor, and to now be considered a peer of all the members in the Hall of Fame, is something I never imagined possible.”

Mark Skinner, President and CEO of USRBP said, “Gene is a terrific Partner, who has built a world-class reputation for service to the market and this recognition is well deserved. He joins an impressive roster of USRBP Partners in the Hall of Fame, including Ed Stringer, Dan Jund, Frank Doherty, Ron Kleiman, and Toney Chimienti. To be recognized by your peers is the highest honor you can receive and with this notable cadre of leaders, it’s all the more significant.”
