DecisionGuide is a web-based software that employs mathematical models and algorithms to help individual consumers and their families identify their best choice among the health insurance plans available to them through their employers.  It is based on credible normative data from millions of consumers, advanced statistical analysis and decades of medical and health insurance expertise.  In just a few minutes, employees answer four simple multiple-choice questions and instantly receive their plan and price comparison and recommendation.

DecisionGuide enables employees to confidently make smarter health plan choices that target their expected needs, often resulting in a cost savings for them and the employer.  It is an available feature in the InRoll+ benefits administration and enrollment system offered by U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG), a division of USRBP.
