OMNI Enhances Participant Portal
Expanded Features for Participants
Iselin, NJ, August 29, 2016—U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG), a division of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP), announced today that its member firm OMNI has implemented expanded features in their Participant Portal. OMNI is a leading independent third party administrator (TPA) based in Rochester, NY and serving clients nationally.
The Portal is automatically available to all of OMNI’s client organizations, and the enhanced functionality greatly enriches the user experience by providing a host of new features, including streamlined account password resetting. In addition to the comprehensive account, remittance and transaction details provided, participants and retirees of client organizations can now self-enroll in the Portal, and have the ability to submit account updates for items such as addresses changes and fund changes.
OMNI President and CEO, Robert McLean, said “The recent enhancements to the Participant Portal will provide plan participants instantaneous access to account information while paving the way for greater financial literacy tools in the future.”
“The Participant Portal will be an extremely useful tool for participants and will allow them to view their contribution detail along with the status of plan transactions.
