Iselin, NJ, May 22, 2014—U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP) announced today that Nina Rovinksi has been named as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of its member firm, The OMNI Group, Inc. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, she headed the overall administration of business operations, including technology and quality control procedures. The OMNI Group is an independent full-service Third Party Administrator that offers services for all aspects of retirement plan administration.

She replaces Rod Williams, who has retired as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Williams was an original founder of OMNI and will continue as Chairman Emeritus. Robert C. Dughi, Executive Chairman of USRP, said “Rod was a pioneer in the market,” and Mark M. Skinner, President and CEO of USRP, added “Rod led the company through the tumultuous changes in the industry as a result of the new IRS regulations that took effect in 2009.”

Mark Skinner said, “We are very pleased to announce that Nina Rovinski has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of The OMNI Group. Nina is responsible for leading and managing the development and growth of OMNI. As a result of the recent acquisition of the Common Remitter Services business from CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, OMNI now provides plan administration services to over 2,000 school districts.”

“I am looking forward to leading the talented OMNI team as we continue to build on OMNI’s past success,” said Nina Rovinski. “We are well-positioned for future growth. Our recent CPI acquisition provides us with a leverage point for dramatic national growth.”
