Iselin, N.J., February 28, 2011—After a thorough due diligence process, United Specialty Benefits (USB) was chosen by the 10,000 employee Fort Worth Independent School District to provide its online enrollment and benefits administration. The enrollment program will be marketed as “InRoll” to all of its employees. There were several vendors considered, but USB’s experience and total plan offerings resulted in their selection for this long-term contract award.

United Specialty Benefits is a U.S. Retirement Partners Firm based in Bedford, Texas. Founded in 1995 by Gene Tyler, USB focuses on providing employee benefits and online enrollment and benefits administration for school districts and their employees throughout the United States. Since 2003, USB has been an industry leading provider of internet-based electronic enrollment and benefits administration.

“When the “Internet Era” really kicked off in the early 2000’s, it created a huge opportunity for online enrollment systems for large, multi-site employers”, stated Gene Tyler, USB President. He then added, “programs for districts the size of Fort Worth are easily implemented because of our technology.”

“USB has taken the employee benefits marketplace they serve to a new a whole new level of employer and employee satisfaction. They have saved school districts and other governmental entities an enormous amount of time and money through their enrollment platform and by maintaining their employee benefits programs going forward.
