ISELIN, N.J., February 5, 2009—U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP), a 403(b) benefits administrator, announced today that it has acquired a prominent Utah company to be part of its national network of providers serving the K-12 teacher market.

Financial Educational Systems Inc. (FES) is a Kaysville, Utah, full-service 403(b) business that was founded by Brent Hill in 1987.

“FES is the leading independent 403(b) organization in the State of Utah. They provide services to all forty school districts and have established themselves as the premier retirement planning firm specializing in the education market,” said Robert C. Dughi, Executive Chairman of USRP.

He noted that FES clients have accumulated over $225 million of assets and that USRP will be assisting their Advisors to expand their business even further.
