Benefits representatives are available to provide our clients with one-on-one benefits and enrollment assistance. The call center is staffed with bilingual team members who provide meaningful education and help employees make informed benefit elections.

  • Call center hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. year-round, with extended hours during open enrollment
  • English and Spanish speaking representatives
  • Full-time quality monitors evaluate calls and provide immediate coaching to benefits representatives when necessary
