Iselin, NJ, October 2, 2017—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announced today that John Kopra has been promoted to Chairman of The Retirement Plan Company (TRPC), a USRBP member firm.  Mr. Kopra, former President and CEO of TRPC, founded the company in 1992.  He is recognized as an industry leader, in particular for his efforts to build offshore expertise over a decade ago, orchestrating numerous acquisitions, and the integration of new technologies contributing to the firm’s growth and success.

Director of Client Services, Patrick Hale, has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of TRPC and will assume all responsibilities of leading the firm going forward.

John Kopra said, “I am thrilled that my long-time colleague, Patrick, will take charge of TRPC.  He has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry and I am confident that he will continue TRPC’s growth and development into the future.
