Iselin, NJ, March 7, 2017—U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) announces the acquisition of Integrated Employee Benefit Solutions, LLC (IEBS).  Located in Dublin, Ohio, IEBS joins USRBP’s U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG) division.

Integrated Employee Benefit Solutions specializes in a wide variety of voluntary employee benefits (VEB) and serves over 350 employers primarily in Ohio. They will be working closely with other USRBP firms to expand their services to include core employer-paid benefits, healthcare benefits, and retirement plans.

Under the leadership of Mike Franks, President, IEBS has had significant success and is one of the largest benefits firms in Central Ohio. He will continue to lead the firm as a Managing Partner of USEBSG.
