Iselin, NJ, January 4, 2016—U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP) announced today that Robert McLean has been named as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of its member firm, The OMNI Group, Inc. Previously, as Vice President, Rob also served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and played a key role in developing 403(b) and 457(b) plan documents, as well as managing OMNI’s compliance department. He has also been an industry spokesperson, serving on various national committees and forums. The OMNI Group is an independent full-service Third Party Administrator that offers services for all aspects of 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plan administration.

Mr. McLean replaces Nina Rovinski, who has retired as President and Chief Executive Officer. She joined OMNI in 1999 and in her prior roles during this time, including Chief Operating Officer, Nina headed the overall administration of business operations, technology and quality control procedures, significantly contributing to OMNI’s development and success.
